Earlier this month, we had a soft-launch of Planning News Vote (PNV): PNV is a social-bookmarking website where planners can share and discover news webpages.

With so many news websites and feeds, what news is more relevant to the planning community? Well, now you can find out by participating at PNV where planning news is organized by community votes. We are hoping that this service proves useful to our planning community.

As with so many social-networking websites, PNV's success primarily depends on ease-of-use and word-of-mouth. We think that we have the first in the bag, and are largely counting on viral-marketing for the second.
